During his first ever visit to the United States, Daweh Congo
reasons extensively with Ireggae.com about his childhood ambitions to be
a soldier, and how his life was changed by reading "Marcus Garvey's Children".
Daweh discusses how he was introduced to Alton Ellis who
made his first recording 'Bread Winner'. Daweh also
talks about the songs on his 3 albums to date: "Militancy",
"Human Rights and Justice" and "Guidance",
as well as the next album he is working on "Egypt". The
conscious rastaman also talks about his first two performances ever in amerika, and the
tour he has planned for this fall.
